Stella Uzo is a fashion blogger based in the States. Her blog, J’ADORE FASHION, takes you on an exciting journey, showing her personal style and fashion fantasies. We absolutely love her personal style, it’s fun, it’s colourful and very chic.

Hi Stella! Tell us, when did you start blogging and why?

 

I started blogging in 2008. I wanted to use blogging as a diary of my love for fashion and styling. It is an outlet whereby I share my personal style, trends, where to buy items that I love, and all things fashion. It is also a great avenue for meeting so many people with the same love and passion as mine.

 

 

 

 

What would you say you bring to the already saturated world of blogging?

 

Each person brings something to the world of blogging whether big or small. Personally, I bring my individual style mixed with culture and personality.

 

 

 

 

What does style mean to you? And Fashion?

 

Style is individualized – influenced by surrounding, culture and personality. It is personal to each person and it is the ability to wear something creative, but at the same time wearing what suits your body.

 

On the other hand, Fashion is about art, design, trends—It is a process. It is what you can buy; but style cannot be bought.

 

 

 

 

 

Tell us a bit about your personal style.

 

My style is always evolving. It is classy, yet edgy, and outspoken.

 

 

 

Tell us five things you’re loving in your closet right now. 

 

At the moment, I am loving my slit dress from Zara, denim shirt, Alexander Wang booties, Palazzo/wide leg pants, playsuit with lace details from Free People, and sheer blouses.

 

 

 

 

 

What is number one item on your fashion wishlist?

 

The number item on my wish list is a Chanel 2.55.
